I had never taken any vehicle to a body shop before and my insurance company (USAA, they are so awesome) recommended Central Body Shop. I went with their recommendation and I could not have been more pleased. The repairs occurred while I was out of town and they were very helpful in keeping me informed over the phone as to the status of my Accord. They also kept the car inside their garage for several extra days (8 days total) after the repairs were complete until I was able to return home and pick it up.

They were very professional, and they treated me perfectly. They even discovered additional damage to a headlight casing and contacted my insurance company and got that taken care of as well, at no extra charge to me (kudos to USAA and Central Body Shop). They answered all of my questions and really made the process completely pain free. The repairs occurred the summer of 2012, and now a full year later I am still very pleased. I just recommended their services to a friend and decided a review online would be a nice thank you to them. Give them a call, they were great to work with. My Accord looks great!

We took our daughter's Jeep to be repaired after an accident. They completed the work within the insurance payment received. We also had some complicating, extenuating circumstances that required extra customer service. They went above and beyond what normally would be expected to accommodate us, and we were very grateful for that. We are from northern Utah, and this was our first experience with Centric Collision, so their attention to our needs wasn't because we were regular customers or they would ever see us again.

They are nice and honest! We had a few cars got fixed by them in the past 13 years; they always provide good quality of work and services. Their charges are always reasonable. We do recommend them to our friends.
